1 quart goats milk
1 cup sugar
splash of vanilla
1/4 tsp baking soda dissovled in 1 T of water
Heat milk, sugar and vanilla over medium heat, stirring constantly, until near boil. Add the soda. Mixture will get foamy and big, just keep stirring. Heat and stir at simmer constantly for 60-90 minutes. Pour into jars. Refridgerate, if it lasts that long!
