As we now have a surplus of milk, cream, and eggs, we have been making (and consequently eating) alot of ice cream. It makes a fun lunch or supper! We don't have an official ice cream freezer, I just blend it up, stick it in the freezer, then run it through the food processor to make it creamy before we eat it. YUM!
Vanilla Ice Cream
2 large eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups whipping cream
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Mix all in blender or food processor and freeze.
We have also added straberries or coconut. Chocolate is next.
